Our pasta journey began with a simple idea - to bring the comfort of fresh, homemade Italian pasta to Sri Lanka. Using traditional methods from Central Italy, we prepare each batch by hand, combining golden yolk eggs and premium imported pasta flour. The result is fresh pasta that’s rich in flavour, tender in texture, and completely free from preservatives.
From soft potato gnocchi to pillowy ravioli full of delicious fillings, every piece is made with care and attention to detail. We follow strict health and safety guidelines to serve homes, hotels, and restaurants with the same quality you’d find in an Italian kitchen.
